Unless you are based in the UK you will not be charged UK VAT (prices are show EX VAT). The frames are wholly manufactured here in the UK and so may be subject to preferential origin agreements that are in place between the UK and many other countries. If a preferential origin agreement is in place the frame will be shipped under this arrangement with the required customs declarations made on the documentation.

Lead times

These frames are made on demand alongside our made to measure builds in our workshop in Frome, Somerset. Each frame is made to order however we generally keep stock of all required parts and materials meaning that we usually ship within two weeks of an order being placed.
At busy periods this lead time may extend to 6-8 weeks. If in doubt please contact us for current lead times.

The Sturdy SC-G is our first ‘off the peg’ frame. We have designed and built thousands of made to measure bicycles specifically tailored for each of our customers. This experience has taught us that not everybody needs, or wants, the full scope of our made to measure builds. This bike design is distilled from years of custom titanium bicycle fabrication - it is our answer to a capable, comfortable, and most importantly, versatile Titanium gravel platform. The SC-G is the perfect starting point for a wide range of off-road focused rides, races and adventures.

Available as a standalone frame for those who prefer to build their own bike, we also offer a fully assembled, ready-to-ride gravel bike featuring a curated selection of our favourite components.

These frames use the same cutting edge fabrication methods that we have developed and use on our made to measure bikes but feature a few amendments to increase compatibility with third party components. This allows them to be assembled with a wider range of aftermarket components and opens the door to a whole world of possible assembly and customisation opportunities.

Finish

The SC-G comes in a shot peened Titanium finish featuring an oversized downtube logo brushed or in a choice of 8 Cerakote colours.

Fork

The frame is designed around a 395mm fork length and is compatible with a range of third party carbon fork models. For full internal routing we recommend the following forks:
