Each frame is made to order however we generally keep stock of all required parts and materials meaning that we usually ship within two weeks of an order being placed.

The Sturdy Cycles SC-G is a premium gravel bike designed for a variety of riding styles and terrains. Available as a standalone frame for those who prefer to build their own bike, we also offer a fully assembled, ready-to-ride gravel bike featuring a curated selection of our favorite components. This includes a full Enve build kit, carbon wheelset, SRAM AXS wireless shifting, and a custom-colored logo. Additionally, we offer a titanium accessory kit that can be color-matched to the frame logo, giving your bike an extra touch of style.
The SC-G incorporates the game-changing 3D printing technology pioneered in our fully custom models, all hand-made and meticulously finished at the Sturdy Cycles workshop in Frome, Somerset. With a maximum tire size of 55mm on 700c rims, the frame can accommodate nearly any modern gravel bike tire. It also features mudguard mounts and numerous bottle and accessory mounting points.
The geometry is typical of a modern gravel bike. Longer chainstays provide stability at speed and on rough terrain as well as additional traction on steep or loose surfaces. A slightly higher stack height allows for a more upright position for comfort on long or tiring rides. The headtube angle provides the straight line stability often favoured on extremely rough terrain.
Each frame is hand made and finished to order, lead times are approximately 6-8 weeks based on stock levels. Once a customer has placed an order Tom and Jack will begin the manufacturing process.
