Machined Titanium Crankset

Our CNC machined titanium cranks represent an exciting expansion of in-house component manufacturing at Sturdy Cycles. Having the entire production process in our workshop allows us to maintain the precision and control that defines our work.

We've deliberately chosen solid relieved arms over hollow construction for this generation—a decision that prioritises manufacturing workflows alongside some developments that are still in the pipeline whilst delivering exceptional performance. The result: a 15% stiffness improvement over our printed hollow generation at approximately 560g per set (length dependant).
