Titanium 3D printed crankset - Made to order
The Sturdy Cycles 3D printed titanium crankset is custom built to order based on your requirements - there is a lead time of approx 5-8 weeks. We also try to keep a small stock of common lengths so if you need something quickly then feel free to get in contact. We can also anodise the crank arms and extraction caps at an additional cost - please make a note at the checkout and we can provide a quote.
The Crankset includes:
-3D printed Ti crank arms
-Custom machined Ti axle
-Ti axle bolts
-Ti extraction caps
-Aluminium preload ring.
Will these cranks be compatible with my bike?
Good question! We have designed these cranksets for use on our own frames however they are also compatible with a wide range of other manufacturers. Spindle lengths are designed around standard 68mm and 73mm bottom bracket widths when paired with an external bottom bracket. If you are uncertain about crankset compatibility please check our crankset dimensions table. You can measure between the inner bearing faces and outer bearing faces on your existing bottom bracket.

Road/Gravel = 30mm x 115mm
MTB = 30mm x 120mm
Chainring mount:
8 Bolt spline
